| 内容記述 | This paper overviewed ITS (Intelligent Transport System), a new transport system which is comprised of an advanced information and telecommunications network for users/ roads /vehicles, in an aspect of user's services, first. Though ITS is thought to contributes much to solving problems such as traffic accidents and congestion, it has not been enough considered from a viewpoint of local residents and regions. Then, second, a method to activate ITS was discussed from a point of regional development and promoting decentralization, which is thought to be meaningful for both catching real user's needs and distributed risk management for ITS's construction, maintenance and an approach to a sudden accident. And, finally, Kyushu district, mainly Fukuoka prefecture was considered as a case study. | |||||||||||
